Head of Treasury and Performance

Jerome heads our Institutional business activities with a passion for trend based, low risk, regular return investment strategies.

Jérôme brings 19 years of experience in FX and Interest Rate research, trading and developing systematic trading programs and live risk platforms.

He began his career in at San Paolo Bank in Paris, Then, he joined the Treasury of HSBC-CCF, where in addition to managing the treasury as a market maker, he developed and was in charge of the FX Arbitrage book from Overnight up to the year. The overall daily turnover of the Treasury was around 70 Billions EUR per day. Latterly he moved to Bayerische Landesbank Paris (AAA), where he was the Head of FX and Treasury Arbitrage in view to improve the funding of the bank. As part of a small team, Jérôme was in charge of all G10 Money Market operations from Overnight up to the year, and he was also in charge of the ALM of the branch. The overall daily turnover was around 15 Billions EUR per day. After 8 years in Banking industry, he decided to join the Asset Management and specialise on FX Spot in using Trend Algorithms and Money Management system based on quantitative approach he developed. He has worked for several Asset Management firms in Copenhagen and in London where he was managing in average of 15 to 20 Millions EUR. 

He holds a Masters degree in Finance from the University of Paris 2 Assas.

Charlotte Hill 
Office Manager

Charlotte manages the office for Berkeley House Capital covering all aspects of the day to day running of the business.  Her experience in managing wealth management and Fintec situations alike ensures that clients and partners alike are managed and supported effectively. In addition to client and partner support Charlotte manages the back office and administration processes of the business.

Harry Winter
Business Development Manager

Harry joined Berkeley House Capital during 2020 having previously worked for an established West Country asset and wealth management company..

Having actively traded foreign exchange and indices through much of his career todate Harry has chosen to combine that knowledge and experience with move towards structured finance product sales.

Harry has been intrinsically involved in the development of a new asset backed, fixed income product for both our corporate clients and our private high net worth clients.

In his spare time Harry is a keen golfer and is always keen to join clients in a round.

Fabiana Xavier
Director of Marketing Communications

With an international back ground from Latin America to Europe covering all of the major creative and communications agencies Fabiana brings a wealth of experience in ensuring messages are clear and simple.

Over her career she has worked across major corporate brands from banking through to FMCG in each case presenting messages that are clean and understandable.

Fabiana’s passion extends beyond work. She is currently President of SheSays London, helping drive equality in the creativity world. She has also been a judge on the prestigious DA&D awards.

Fabiana is graduate of St. Martins College.
